The Mindful Beginnings Life Coaching Package is crafted with the intent to aid the client in identifying a clearer path for their life through a host of mindful activities. Mindfulness is a mindset developed with much practice, this Mindful Beginnings Package endeavors to work in collaboration with the client to develop a mindfulness practice that fits their lifestyle. The package includes 9 one hour Mindful Life Coaching Sessions, and eighteen private 30 minute EXHALE's (deep breathing sessions), to aid the client in clearing their mind and ultimately achieving their goals with the benefits of mindful deep breathing as an added benefit.
SLHayes facilitates individual breathwork sessions to introduce and guide you through breathing exercises to aid in stress relief and freeing your mind. Breathing in a very intentional way has been shown to aid in improved quality of life; helping lower stress, decrease blood pressure, improve sleep and a host of other life issues. Private sessions have the added benefit of focusing guided meditations to align with your personal journey.
